- Number of pages - More pages mean more design and development time. We agree a page count before work begins and price any additional pages clearly.
- Complexity of functionality - Standard contact forms and galleries are straightforward. Booking systems, WooCommerce stores, membership areas, and custom integrations require additional development time.
- Content - If you provide your own text and images, this keeps costs down. If you need copywriting or professional photography sourcing, we offer these as optional add-ons.
- SEO scope - Basic on-page SEO is included in all packages. A full SEO setup including keyword research, schema implementation, and content strategy is available as an additional service.
- Timeline - Standard delivery is 2–4 weeks for Level 1 and 4–8 weeks for Level 2 and 3. Expedited timelines may incur a premium depending on availability.
