The Brief
Xitenys is an independent UK provider of next-generation security and data management solutions and managed services, working with clients in the private and public sectors. In a crowded technology market, they needed a website that read as credible without tipping into the corporate stiffness that makes so many tech-company sites feel impersonal.
The priority was explaining what they actually do clearly enough for non-technical decision-makers to follow, while building enough trust to turn visits into enquiries.
What we built
The build is deliberately restrained: a clean WordPress site with a strong visual hierarchy that keeps the focus on the message.
- Three clear service pillars. Managed Services, Data Management and Security Solutions each get their own space, with a short plain-English summary on the homepage, so a visitor sees in seconds what Xitenys covers.
- Copy for decision-makers. Service content is written for the person signing off on the budget, focused on reducing cost and complexity and protecting business continuity, not for the engineer.
- Trust built in. A “Who is Xitenys?” introduction explains the company’s relationship-led approach, and a strategic partners section shows the technology names they work with.
- Calls to action where decisions happen. A “Can we help you?” contact prompt closes the page, at the point a decision-maker who has read this far is most likely to get in touch.
- SEO foundations from the start. Page structure and content were planned around the specific searches Xitenys’ industry uses.
- Easy to keep up to date. The site is built in Elementor, so text and sections can be edited without touching code.
The Result
The site gives Xitenys a platform that can compete with larger competitors and leaves room to grow as the business adds services.
