The Brief
FirstSight Scans is a private ultrasound clinic offering pregnancy scans in a calm, reassuring environment. They needed a booking platform that struck a difficult balance, medically credible enough to reassure expectant parents, but warm and approachable rather than clinical. The site also needed to reduce phone-based admin by allowing customers to browse packages, check availability, and book directly online.
The Solution
We built a WooCommerce-powered site where parents can browse scan packages, view pricing, and book online with secure payment. The e-commerce design choices, photography, colour palette, typography, and copy tone were all carefully considered for an emotionally significant purchase. Every element was designed to build trust and reduce anxiety.
The Result
A self-service booking flow that significantly reduces admin for the clinic while giving prospective parents the information and reassurance they need before committing.
