FirstSight Scans needed a booking platform that struck a difficult balance, medically credible enough to reassure expectant parents, but warm and reassuring rather than clinical.
The Solution
We built a WooCommerce-powered site where parents can browse scan packages, check availability, and book directly online, paired with considered design choices, photography, colour palette, and copy tone, suited to an emotionally significant purchase.
The Result
A self-service booking flow that reduces phone-based admin for the clinic while giving prospective parents the information and reassurance they need before booking.
