The Campaign seeks to show that life is best approached in a spirit of exploration, adventure and enterprise; to influence and better inform attitudes towards risk; to build wider recognition that chance, unforeseen circumstances and uncertainty are inescapable features of life and that absolute safety is unachievable; and to demonstrate that sensible education and preparation enable an appropriate balance to be achieved between risk and safety.

The internet is one of their most important channels of communication in generating awareness of their campaign and SO Web designs are delighted to have been selected to create their new website.  This is a graphic of the new proposed website.

As usual, SO Web Designs will be using PHP to create a dynamic website that will offer the many features that are needed to enable a charity to gain as much exposure as possible.

These features include:

News - the site administrator can allow members to add the latest news so sharing the burden of maintaining the website

Dynamic Content - the charity will be able to publish news pages, remove others and amend any they wish to by simply logging into the CMS interface

Forum - communication via email can lead to different versions of the same document exisiting,  A private forum allows all members to join the discussions, sharing info and benefiting from input from everyone.

Photo Gallery - with marketing a significant part of a charity, having access to the latest images for media distribution is critical.  By sharing photos online the charity ensures everyone has access to the latest material.

Search Engine Optimisation - being a charity they have been able to get that little extra from SO Web Designs.  We will be providing constant search engine optimisation over the 12 months helping to give the charity as much exposure as possible.

As always the website needs to be live as quickly as possible so SO Web Designs is working on a 14 day timescale, better stop writing this and get it done!
