You may have come across website building software that comes included with your website domain name and hosting, this software is very good but does not allow you to promote yourself to the maximum and unfortunately does not give you the flexibility you require.

This will allow you to add your own information without having to know anything about website design. A content management system is very similar to using a word processing program like microsoft word.
